Maximising PTP Earnings
PolarPTR allows you to promote their PTP pages, but only on APPROVED sites. Autosurfs are not allowed, for the simple reason, that it is 'bad' traffic. Few people actually see the sites on autosurfs, since it is such an automated process. Autosurfs also tend to consume a vast amount of bandwidth, and more bandwidth means more expenses for site hosting.
Now, there are many sites you can use to promote PolarPTR. Other PTRs, approved Traffic Exchanges, approved Forums and other websites. It is expressly forbidden to promote a PTP page within another PTP page, since this creates an opportunity for abuse.
PolarPTR's PTP operates on a Tier system. Tier 1 consists of Canada, USA and UK. Tier 1 offers the highest earnings, since this is the target market for most online advertisements. 1000 valid pageviews from Tier 1 countries equals $0.70 in PTP earnings.
Some Traffic Exchanges allow you to target your pageviews. Shareadspace (SAS) is one such site. It is a traffic exchange, that allows you to earn some money, as well as promote your websites. You can only promote the PolarPTR PTP page on SAS's premium page. You can promote your PolarPTR referral link on SAS's shared ad page. The premium page can be set to allow only Tier 1 traffic. Bear in mind that the credit cost per pageview is higher than if you don't target pageviews.
Many PTRs offer targeted email ads. However, in many cases, the cost may be higher than the potential earnings. The trick is to find good PTR sites that allow targeted ads especially designed for PTP. For example, there are a few PTRs that have point systems for ad redemptions.WolfEmails offers cheap point ads. You can set an email ad campaign for 500 clicks for 625 points. Yes. You can select Tier 1 countries, and the cost remains the same. The only downside, is that it will take a while to get 500 clicks. (Please note, that WolfEmails is currently has delays in payment. However, you can still use your site earnings to redeem for ads to promote PolarPTR.) However, these usually require some time and effort to accumulate points.
Some PTRs offer cheap ads for PTP. Even without targetting, it is still possible to make a small profit. Klondike-Clicks offers very cheap PTC ads for PTP - 5000 clicks for 55 cents. Other cheap PTP ad packages can be found at EnchantedMail.net, Random-PTCs, SoRedtheRose and BlueBirdPTR.
You can also try PTRs that limit their membership to search countries.

all those auto surd sites are aggrivating now. 90% of the time i read it but it takes up alot of hours to get a decent amt oc clicks on your site and it not worth it in the end because all the time you spend reading thiers, u don't get one comment on your blog i mean hundreds of visitors and not a care that you have a blog or website. It is not the kind of traffic I want, they are not interested in anything I have to say. So i try to surf sites that i am interested. Im loosing alot of sleep just thinking of ways to get more traffic, so I will sleep and then save some money for the search engines. I still love reading blogs, but not for clicks on my site.. just because I want to hear what others are saying and doing.
And yet oddly this comment comes from an autosurf site...
